Energy ISO-ELAST – For roofs
The combination of special rubber and the millions of fine fibers in the composition gives the ability of the obtained membrane to deform along with the substrate, without crackings and loosing adhesion, regardless of the weather conditions and the temperature changes. “Energy ISO-ELAST” is quickly and easily applied by a brush. The coating dries for about 4 hours; it facilitates the technology of application and it saves time and labor. Furthermore, it lets the foundation to breathe. The dried layer has a micro-porous structure, which allows it to let the water vapors pass. The waterproofing with “Isomax ELASTA” is resistant to the hazardous impact of the UV radiation , thanks to it’s specific structure (small bituminous drops, protected by a layer of inorganic emulsifier), which provides tested durability of the material of over 15 years. Incombustible and ecological. The product does not contain any organic solvents, it is not fire hazardous and is safe for the health and environment.

  • The quality characteristics of “Energy ISO-ELAST” are guaranteed with the precise observation of the technology of placement:

    PREPARATION OF THE SURFACE

    The surface, over which “Energy ISO-ELAST” will be placed, have to be well cleaned. The critical locations should be marked WITH color spray, chalk or in another convenient manner. Repair the unstuck seams, joints, cracks, bubbles, boards and sections, with more advanced stage of damages, through strengthening with reinforcing material – polyester veil or mesh and paste “Energy ISO-ELAST“. Thus treated, these locations become the most solid and secure sections over the entire roof.

    EXECUTION OF THE INSULATION

    1. With brush, with long hairs, spread primer over the entire surface made of Isomax ELASTA and water in ratio 1:1. Wait for the full drying.
    2. Spread layer Isomax ELASTA, place the reinforcing material (polyester veil or fiber-glass net) tightly, without leaving any wrinkles and spread a layer of Isomax ELASTA again. Wait for the full drying.
    3. Spread layer Energy ISO-ELAST. Wait for the full drying.
    4. Spread layer Energy ISO-ELAST. Wait for the full drying.
    5. It is recommended to protect the insolation with layer of Color Energy ISO-ELAST (only 0,2 kg/m2), which is UV-rays resistant and also gives esthetic appearance.

    * Protect from precipitation and freezing up to the drying of the coating!
    ** The thickness of each layer Energy ISO-ELAST is about 1,5 mm.
